The boutique hotel offers a tranquil escape with its beautifully maintained grounds and a cozy pool area perfect for relaxation. The food was good, with homemade sausages that stood out at breakfast. The room decor felt a bit dated, and the lack of soundproofing detracted from the overall experience. Caution is needed when driving to the hotel due to several concrete speed bumps that can damage vehicles.

The location was particularly good and the free parking was on-site. All the staff were pleasant, exceptionally nice😃😀

Secluded location, useful base for discovering Cancun. Also - near to communal areas, the garden and the airport in Cancun. Huge room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Not to mention exceptional view...

If you're a foodie, you must try the chicken fajitas here, they were delicious! The breakfast spread is also a treat with scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and hot coffee to start your day right. The ambiance is cozy, with charming holiday decorations that add to the experience.

We had high hopes for the restaurant, but it was closed . The communication with the staff was lacking. The room could use some TLC. It wasn't as clean as one would prefer.

Booked family room with climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. The location in a really pretty area was comfortable and there were a supermarket and stores nearby. Also, it was about 10 minutes' drive to an underwater museum.

The friendly staff and the beautiful garden view made our stay nice, alongside the boutique feel of the mansion that enhanced our experience.

perfectly positioned for exploring cancun's best attractions

during my stay in a cozy Superior Double Room, I found the location to be fantastic as it was just around 2 km from the Cancun Underwater Museum and less than a 5-minute walk to beautiful parks, making it so easy to stroll and discover the city's landmarks on foot.

The staff were attentive, and my room was a spacious Superior Double Room with a king-size bed that was wonderfully comfortable. The ambiance was serene, perfect for relaxation.

The staff accommodated our early check-in request, made things super easy. If you're driving in, park in front of the entrance for easy access while unloading your luggage.

I stayed in the Superior Double Room for one night and it was super comfy! The bed and pillows felt amazing. The shower was lovely too. The hotel has a nice touch of luxury. Plus, the food was tasty! It's conveniently close to the airport, but be ready to pay about $30 for a taxi to anywhere, including the beach.

We loved the spacious courtyard, perfect for our family with two dogs. The quiet atmosphere allowed us to relax completely. Plus, the breakfast was freshly prepared, a hit with the kids.

In my wife's opinion, the digital lock was a hassle for kids.
